Technical Features
● Five probes are used for real-time temperature sensing. During the test, the outer cylinder, inner cylinder, temperature-adjusting water tank, constant temperature water tank and room temperature are respectively detected in real time, so as to truly realize the automatic adjustment of the temperature of the inner and outer cylinders;
● The MCPC control module is used to monitor the status of the instrument in real time, save the parameters of the instrument, and complete the test process independently without the intervention of the upper computer.
● Adopting a new type of oxygen bomb automatic lifting mechanism, the oxygen bomb is automatically lifted and lowered, with a high degree of automation, and the operation is simple and convenient;
● Using the automatic identification technology of oxygen bombs, it can automatically distinguish the heat capacity of different oxygen bombs (utility model patent numbers: 2013200307701, 201320036818X);
● The pump circulation method is adopted, so that the temperature of each point of the whole calorimetric system of the instrument is quite balanced to ensure the accuracy of the test results;
● Adopt thermal insulation material to isolate the influence of external environment, and the instrument has strong anti-interference ability;
● The probe-type electronic measuring cup is used to automatically measure the water volume in the inner cylinder. The repetition error is less than 0.5g, and the water volume in the inner cylinder is accurate and stable. Short test time and accurate results;
● The automatic identification function of the ignition wire can accurately judge the bad state of the ignition wire;
● The test water filter device is used to prevent impurities from clogging the waterway;
● According to the working conditions of the laboratory, it can be converted from a desktop to a vertical structure;
● It can be connected to the laboratory management system, so that the balance data does not fall to the ground, and the test results are backed up and uploaded;
