ASTM D2603 FDH-1301 Polymer-containing oil shear stability tester (Ultrasonic method)
Applicable standards: ASTM D2603, SH/T0505. An appropriate amount of the polymer-containing sample is placed in the agglomerator head and subjected to ultrasonic shear treatment at one or more fixed times, and the change in viscosity is measured according to the standard. Finally, the viscosity decrease rate of the sample is calculated. The viscosity loss of the oil in the concentrator is affected by the ultrasonic shear, and the shear stability is evaluated by the viscosity descent rate of the oil. The instrument is suitable for containing polymer hydraulic oil and internal combustion engine oil.
